Lead Guitar

Getting pretty thin on new material, at least of the landscape variety, so there will likely be quite a few pics from my first concert shoot this past weekend.  Walked away with what I thought was quite a few keepers.  Here’s one of the lead guitarist of the band “Survivior”

I’ve always wanted to do something like this. Love how the detail of the mic just stands out against the black background.

  8. Wow Scott. This a great capture. I’d love to try this sometime. How did you get approached by the band?

    • I was actually approached by the concert director. He’s a friend of mine. He wanted to get some shots of the whole event and it sounded like fun so I gave it a shot.
